Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders within one business day. We’ll email you a tracking code as soon as the order is shipped. Please use this code to follow your package for the most accurate delivery time.

We ship to the contiguous 48 states. If you live outside this region and want to order high quality products, please let us know! Your feedback will help us expand our shipping regions.

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Allow one business day for us to send your shipping tracking number, and then about 7 days for your order to arrive. If you have any questions please contact us!

Returns and exchanges

Unless the product is damaged upon arrival, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods.

If a product is damaged upon arrival, please email Customer Service at help@collinschicago.com to initiate a return and refund.

You may initiate a return by emailing help@collinschicago.com, please give us 24 hours to respond M-F.

After we receive your item, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

Our gift cards are good to use online; they also never expire or depreciate and are final sale.
